TAX
If we ship to New Jersey, your order is subject to a 7% tax. If we are shipping out of NJ you will not pay tax.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will ship Fed Ex Ground. Please do not accept a package if it is visibly damaged from carrier. Order will leave warehouse 3 - 5 business days from when order is placed. We will notify you of any backorders.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy! You may return new, unused, and resalable items within 7 days of delivery for a refund. To return a product, please email anne@annesinteriors.com or call 609-472-2771 for instructions. If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the shipping costs. If you have simply changed your mind you will incur the original shipping cost and the return cost.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging in perfect condition. All products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price upon our receipt of the product. If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. If you are returning a product that was given to you as a gift, you'll have the option to receive an in-store credit as your refund or to credit the gift giver's original payment method.
